Cancellation & Exchange Policy – Jaipur Kurta

At Jaipur Kurta, we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, reliable sizing information, and multiple quality checks before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist you with an exchange. Please note that we currently do not offer returns or refunds.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are applicable only for domestic orders placed through our official website.

Exchange Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
• A processing fee of ₹200 per item will be applicable.
• Colour variations due to screen or lighting differences are not eligible for exchange.
• Exchange is allowed once per order only.
• Exchange can be made for the same value or higher value product.
• Exchanged orders are not eligible for further exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at orderjaipurkurta@gmail.com along with an opening video clearly showing the issue for quick resolution.

Exchange Process

1. Raise an exchange request by contacting our support team.
2. Reverse pickup will be arranged based on service availability.
3. Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, self-shipping will be required.
4. Once the product is received and passes quality checks, the replacement will be shipped within 24–48 working hours.

Cancellation Policy

• COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
• Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
• To request cancellation, please email us at orderjaipurkurta@gmail.com.

Jaipur Kurta reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

• Unavailability of fabric or materials
• Pricing or listing inaccuracies
• Suspected fraudulent or high-risk order activity

Refund Policy

Jaipur Kurta does not offer returns or refunds once an order is delivered. Only size exchanges are available as per our exchange policy.
